Edward Fever <3

Yes, as the stock market flows along a rollercoaster, history is rewritten in the White House, Page 3 celebrities walk the red carpet during the Golden Globe and the world goes about its regular troubles and turmoil, I become more and more obsessed with every aspect of this bloodsucking vampire. Like every other high school/college going girl I have caught the Edward fever. His perfection, His elegance, His love; Every other boy seems like a disappointment when compared to Edward's flawless personality, beauty, purity and charm. You can't help but gasp for air a little as you picture his hard square stone jaw and his thick full lips, curve into a smile that reaches his liquid golden eyes. Many of my friends have warned me that when I read the fourth book [Breaking Dawn] my fascination for him would dwindle, but I can only wonder what would disappoint me so much as to even dislike him. Impossible. He is flawless. {Note: I am only one fourth of the way through Eclipse}

It frustrates me to think what IS so special about 'Isabella Swan' that this dreamy vampire is willing to end his existence if she weren't in the world. She is like any other normal girl who trips, falls and spills things. Clumsy, Nothing special I suppose? I always lean toward the possibility that her immunity to Edward's mind-reading gift plays a significant role. His undying curiosity about her thoughts and feelings is the source of her magnetic character. It is truly stated that the forbidden fruit is always the sweetest. However, I do admire Bella's character, for one she loves Edward rather than his polished silver Volvo. I am quite curious as to how she will be reacting to Edward's restraints and possessiveness considering Jacob Black. It might surprise some that it is this ONE quality of his that I truly admire. I would not want anything more than to have my boyfriend take a defensive stance and flare his fangs at any harm that comes my way. lol

I can't help to admire how delicately and lovingly Edward handles Bella. It makes this wonderful love story all the more what it is; a fictional story. I don't know if boys 'somewhat' like Edward really do exist, I haven't seen much of the world to actually say that it is entirely impossible. [I really do have to emphasize the word 'somewhat' for a no one could possibly be Edward] However, Edward will live forever through the minds of young girls who are still waiting for their vampire to lift them off their feet onto his back and glide through the forest.

for you a thousand times over, agha...

I FINALLLLLLLY watched jaane tu..ya jaane na...ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i loved it!!...
imran khan is just simply ADORABLE and Genelia whom i used to earlier consider as a loud speaker whos volume couldn't be reduced..fit the character beautifully...and was quite a natural... but imran khan took me by surprise... i didn't expect him to do so well as i had always considered him the kind of newcommer who got a movie through 'connections' u know..neways...the movie was beautifully put together... and was smiply GREAT...:D

well today's topic: BLASTED AUTO WALLE'S....god they get on my nereves...i had to go meet up with some friends in CP.... firstly i waited 15 mins to catch an auto.. .IT WAS RAINING and stillllllll those damn idiots didn't agree to take me to CP... FINALLY i got an auto.. i told him i needed to stop at the market for a few mins and then we could carry on to CP...the moron said 100 bucks!!...ohh the best was when i asked can we go by meter... his reply...'nahi madame ji...baarish ho rahi hai naa...meter se nahi ja sakete'.... umm...'kyun'....'ji woh baarish se naa..meter mechanical hai...toh woh chalta nahi hai baarish mein'....?!?!?!?'BHAAIYA...meter pe cover laga hua hai...kyun nahi chalta'...'bas madame ji nahi chalta...100 Rs. loonga...challoo'... i had nooooo choice but to agree as it started POURING ... i mean WHY do these people have to give us such a hard time!... they take an added bonus of 50 bucks if its raining..... hmmmmf...[grr grr grrr grrr X(]

the other day i was discussing kite runner with mom... personally i think Khaled Hosseini has proved himself to be a best selling writer... the book is written sooo well.... he has given a lot of attention to small details... each detail literally PULLLS you into the scene..you practically feel as if you are there!..its a spectacular book...one which ACTUALLY got me crying...lol... i generally don't cry reading book... im more of the movie person...
anyway...mom and i were discussing how the book is disliked by the hazara's...they claim that Hosseini has glorified the loyalty hazaras had towards their pashtuni owners... i hadn't realized that but it was quite true... Hosseini had made it seem as if hazara's were quite fond of working for their owner and were undoubtedly loyal.....however, the book did make the ill treatment that hazaras suffered at the hands of pashtuni's very clear....
i mentioned to mom how ironical it was that pashtuni's found hazaras too lowly to talk to or interact with BUT for aamir's father to sleep with a hazara wasn't quite such a sin.... mom started to laugh and mentioned the devdasi culture here as an example... but all i have to say is man what hypocrites ..lol

annd..fedex was shipped off to the US by rafa...

i think this Wimbledon final must have been the BEST i've ever seen in my life...i realiii haven't seen a more nail biting, gasping for breath, pulling your hair, enthralling match...
i mean down sets 0-2... i was about to cry for fed [my second god]
but he fought back... at the end of the day 26 aces(or was it 27) weren't good enough to overcome the Spaniard..nadal played BRILLIANTLY and he TRULY deserved to win!!!!...
hats offf 2 him...
and my wonderful friend's choice prevailed as usual....hmmmmf...lol...

i REALIIII want to get started on my shopping for US... at least a few things i need to get started on...though it would help a lot if i came up with that so called 'list' mom keeps on telling me all the time to make of the things i need lol ...that's the boring part... i would rather be handed a credit card and told to go on a shopping spree...see the list will be made eventually AFTER i've gone out and get whatever i need u know the handbag, accessories, tops..etc..etc..the list will be of the things i've BOUGHT!

the excitement for college has FINALLY started to build up... actually im pretty hyped up... earlier it was more of the mixed anxiety, fear, not wanting to leave my friends etc.etc...but these past few weeks i've kind of realized that the friends that need to stay will stay..and i'll find new ones...

i argued with someone AGAIN today...habit i must say...
topic-love

'if you're looking for reasons not to love someone,
you're probably going to find them.. but sometimes,
we need to give in and let our hearts get what they deserve...'

i firmly believe when it comes to loving someone there should be an unwrittten rule to follow.. you should never love someone just because you want to be LOVED BACK...you TRUST them not because they trust you... sooooooooo you LOVE them not just because they love you....love them WITHOUT a selfish motive...
you truly love a person when you can look BEYOND their faults...and HELP them realize their faults and fix them...the whole rubbish about this is just the way i am you can't change me i don't believe that... the whole joy of being with someone is to CHANGE (for good that is) for them and see them smile... [i can justify this claim 100% from personal experience]
that would be my stand...:D

'it's not about being who everyone wants you to be, it's all about being who you want to be and at the same time, finding someone who adores every bit of it*'

rainy weather---depressing surroundings---boring post
lolzz

if you were a melody... I would use only the good notes.--'The Holiday'

today pretty much started from where i had left off few days ago... the 'pleasant' hammering headaches and the condition of 'LONGING for oxygen!'... all this minus the fever..yaay so there's some progress....
i turned on the TV this morning to lift up my mood after a HEATED argument which was just missing a few slaps and punches to be considered one of the worst fights i've had with a friend... but i survived... anyways with no other option but to skim through the OBNOXIOUS news channels available to catch up on current events, thinking what ever i would watch could not make me feel much worse...
BUT i was mistaken... blasting through the speakers come the voice of the news reporter talking about the recent Aarushi case... and the headlines read....
telephone tower ko saab kuch pata hai......

  1. kaun kahan jata hai???
  2. kaun kyun jata hai????
  3. kaun kab jata hai????
?!?!??!?!?!?
this was NOT my first encounter with the 'news reader' [quite a fascinating species i must say]i remember few days back i came accross a news reporter questioning people on the street...'haanji, jaise ki aap deekh sakte hai...garmi bohot badh gayi hai... aap please bateyega ki aap ko kaisa lag raha hai..' [:o PLEASE MAKE HER SHUT UP!]
or the classic...'mere pheche aap deekh sakte hai kis tarhan se bus jal rahi hai, hello sir ji, aap batana chahenge ki yahaan kya ho raha hai?'
my final thoughts are:[is it possible to hunt down these journalists and murder them without spending the rest of my life in jail???]

thankfully, my day didnt end with nightmares of Sansani anchorers yelling at me, i watched 'The Holiday' on HBO tonight... WONDERFULLLLLLL romantic comedy... i just LOVED IT... i guess romantic movies are just so picture perfect that they put a smile on your face...

"For some quite inexplicably, love fades; for others love is simply lost. But then of course love can also be fou
nd, even if just for the night. And then, there's another kind of love: the cruelest kind. The one that almost kills its victims. Its called unrequited love."--Iris, 'The Holiday'

Amanda: Sex makes everything more complicated. Even not having it, because the not having it... makes it complicated.
Graham: That's why it's better to have it... some say.

i'll end this post with a little banner i've made myself...which pretty much sums up how i feel..

xoxoxo
